Reflections
This project reinforced the importance of user-centered research and iterative design in building meaningful digital experiences. Through each stage — from research to high-fidelity prototyping — I focused on understanding user behavior and simplifying complex booking processes.
Working on the redesign of Hertz strengthened my skills in problem-solving, visual hierarchy, and interaction design. It also improved my ability to think strategically about usability, conversion, and brand consistency.
